Exercise for low back pain

Below are a range of exercises that can be used to help with low back pain. You should do them ideally under supervision from your osteopath. If you choose to do them alone please start at an appropriate level for your fitness and start slowly and build them up over time, adding repetitions and or holding for longer each week. If they aggravate your symptoms please stop the exercise and call your osteopath for advice.
