How we do it

When you visit us for the first time we will need to ask you a lot of questions. This may include asking you about your medical history and about any previous illnesses or accidents. We will do a full physical examination and usually carry out treatment on the day.

As with all regulated healthcare professionals we operate to strict guidelines. This, amongst other things, ensures your confidentiality.

  • Appointments last from 30 to 45 minutes

  • Each appointment costs £65

  • You can bring a chaperone if you wish

Meet our Osteopaths


  • Miss Sonia Gogia MLCOM

    Sonia works with a structural osteopathy approach. Taking a holistic view of each patient, Sonia considers any influencing factors such as biomechanics, lifestyle, dietary and habitual factors before deciding on the treatment regime, easily putting patients at ease whilst seamlessly developing a quality patient/practitioner relationship.

    Sonia is also a tutor here at the London College of Osteopathic Medicine.

    Sonia is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

  • Dr Ghulam Adel, MD, FLCOM, FCP (NHS), Registered Osteopath

    Ghulam is a medically qualified osteopath with many years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine and osteopathy. He believes combining medicine with osteopathy is the best way to treat most musculoskeletal conditions.

    He completed his medical degree in 1998 and qualified as an osteopath in 2011.

    Ghulam is a Fellow Member of the London College of Osteopathic Medicine and a clinical tutor here, where we train doctors to become osteopaths.

    Ghulam is the president of Association for Medical Osteopathy (AMO) with over one hundred members whose aim is to promote osteopathy within the wider public and medical profession and to support osteopathic education.

    He works as a musculoskeletal practitioner for the NHS where he treats hundreds of patients each month.

    Ghulam provides effective structural osteopathic treatment and dry needling.

    He is currently registered with General Osteopathic Council (reg No: 7992)

  • Dr Nick Mann FLCOM MBBS MRCGP

    Nick is an experienced practising GP and a hospital-based specialty musculoskeletal doctor at UCLH/RLHIM.

    Qualified in Medicine in 1990 and as an Osteopath in 2011, Nick has treated thousands of patients with musculoskeletal problems in GP appointments using osteopathic treatment techniques, providing effective treatment for NHS patients.

    Nick uses a structural osteopathic approach to diagnosis and treatment, including use of joint ‘manipulation’ - sometimes known as a thrust, adjustment, or HVT (high velocity, low amplitude thrust).

    A former trustee of the college, he has started working as an Associate Osteopath and clinic director here at the Osteopathic Association Clinic. Nick also teaches students on our MLCOM course for qualified doctors wishing to train as Osteopaths.

    Current registration and licence to practise, General Medical Council and General Osteopathic Council.
