Whether you’re looking for a space to run your CPD courses or a treatment room to see patients from, we have options for you.
We are located adjacent to Marylebone Station in Central London, with a plethora of nearby hotels, restaurants & cafes.
Teaching Rooms
We have two teaching rooms for hire at the college.
The first has 8 hydraulic plinths with the option of two additional portable plinths. It can accommodate up to 40 people seated in lecture style seating. The space is ideal for running courses teaching manual therapy, acupuncture, massage, reflexology, first aid, etc.
The second teaching room is smaller, and can accommodate up to 4 plinths, or 14 people seated. This smaller room is ideal for more intimate courses, but still offering the necessary space for manual therapies.

Portable couches (if required)
Clinical waste disposal

Tea/Coffee & light catering facilities

Room Rates per day:
Small Teaching Room: Weekdays = £130.00 ; Weekends = £200.00
Large Teaching Room: Weekdays = £240.00 ; Weekends = £320.00
*all rates are inclusive of VAT
Treatment Rooms
The college also has treatment rooms for hire, on a sessional or permanent basis. You must be a qualified practitioner, and will work independently. You may benefit from the reception service at the college, but will be responsible for your own marketing and recruitment of patients.

Rooms are available Monday-Saturday and can be hired by the day or half-day. Long-term arrangements can also be made (No ad-hoc rental available).
Room Rates:
Half-Day: £70.00 (4 hours)
Full-Day: £120.00 (8 hours)
